ABOUT ME


Howdy! I'm Kristen C. I live southwest of Fort Worth, Texas, with my husband, our two children, two dogs and two miniature donkeys.

My Journey

After graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor's in Animal Science in 2007, my career path took me from Houston to Fort Worth. Seeking to break through professional barriers, I returned to school and earned both a Master's of Science in Taxation and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016. While I thrived in tax accounting for several years, I made the heartfelt decision to pause my career and focus on family.

In 2018, we welcomed our daughter, followed by our son in 2021. With both children now in school, I discovered new opportunities for personal growth. I began strength training three times weekly and quickly fell in love with the physical challenges and personal development it offered.

Discovering My Passion

A chance encounter with a stretching course transformed my perspective on fitness and wellness. The daily practice left me feeling revitalized in ways I hadn't experienced before. This revelation sparked my passion for sharing these benefits with others—particularly those with limited mobility, active athletes, and dedicated weight-lifters.

My Teaching Philosophy

In my classes, you'll feel appropriately challenged during the session, but will leave feeling exhilarated and renewed! I tailor stretches to accommodate various needs, including limited mobility, injuries, and post-surgery recovery. My mission is making movement accessible to everyone, because I believe it's essential medicine for maintaining youth, vibrancy, and health.
